Automotive Technician (8+ Years Experience Required)

Location: Bushwood, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per flat rate billable hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a professional, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
  • Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Use shop software and computer systems for diagnostics and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of automotive technician experience (required)
  • Clean driving record (required)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work (required)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
