We are a well-established, family-owned automotive repair shop in Bushwood, MD, seeking a skilled Automotive Technician B Level with 5+ years of experience. If you’re an experienced tech looking for top pay, consistent hours, and a well-run shop, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs that may include suspension and steering, cooling systems, basic electrical problems, HVAC systems and engine performance issues.
  • Execute advance routine maintenance that may include the replacement of brakes, alternators and starters, water pumps, belts and hoses with minimal supervision.
  • Use shop software and diagnostic tools for documentation.
  • Support higher-level technicians with complex diagnostics.
  • Ability to learn advanced troubleshooting procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep workflow running smoothly.

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience (required)
  • Intermediate diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive;
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation;
